It's your call in the end but I avoid Explorers like the plague. Those suvs have killed a lot of people due to easy rollover coupled with poor roof structure...

But yes, that would look nice but imo I'd skip on the aftermarket headlights as they're made cheaply.

If you want a mid-size throw away that plastic pos Ford and get an Envoy. It won't leave you stranded and you don't have to customize it to make it look good.

had an explorer for 4 years, never rolled it and never had ANY mechanical problems. was actually surprised at all the horrible reviews when i got rid of it.
