yup. many believe cause of their taxonomy that they are separate species. but if you look at all four they looks the same size , color, and marking with slight variations in them.
Doomie, what is the fourth species besides, convicts, hrps and black belts???

Oh ueah they are way too small for him . I had an odd pair like that of blue cons. The male was a solid 4" and the female was 1.5". I wouldn't chance it thought. With that diet get religious with water changes. That will help them grow too.
Preachin' to the choir about waterchanges!!!
I used to be an angelfish breeder, Philippine Blues require weekly 50% water changes of RO/DI water. I still do that with all my fish even tough as nails cichlids!

Doomie, what is the fourth species besides, convicts, hrps and black belts???

black belts are old lady (vieja) cichlids. completely different genus and fish.

the five convict like cichlids including cons are

Amatitlania coatepeque- Restricted to Lake Coatepeque, El Salvador.
Amatitlania kanna- Ranging from the very Southeast of Costa Rica to Panama.
Amatitlania nigrofasciata- Ranging from Southern Guatemala to Northern Honduras.
Amatitlania siquia- Ranging from Honduras to Costa Rica.
Amatitlania sp. “honduran red point”- Endemic to the Rio Danli, Honduras
