Used to have pfs switched to black spectraquartz. It's the smaller S grade. Stuff is swesome. Almost perfectly round and smooth as hell. Go black.

Black Diamond is Coal Slag (The bi-product of coal burning. Inert and should not have any heavy metals in it). There are alternatives of this same substance like Black Beauty
black dimond can be sharp for geos and all bottom-dweller

Is the black beauty gravel? Thats all im finding

Coal slag is used as sand blasting sand try looking for it at lowes or home depot as black sand blasting sand.

It is a large grain sand. I have it in my gar tank. The white is bits of crushed coral that have gotten in for one reason or another. I have it in my sump and it was in the tank before I got the sand.
