How do you go about determining, who in the private sector is qualified to own these potential deadly felines?
Anyone who wants to can (like a dog) unless they show they cant (like a dog).

Both videos were interesting and I thought he made alot of great valid points, but when it came to the all important question of, "are these animals getting into the wrong hands" i thought he was rather vague, and really offered no type of a soulution. He tried to make it sound like not that many are ending up in bad homes.
So the question i had all along, still remains......

As long as someone that is sane and well-educated that can afford food for the larger predators, have properly housing and don't try to make a pet out of them.

Last month, someone dumped a 7 foot long python in middle of the farmland in Minnesota.

Apples to oranges. We're talking about deadly big felines, not a black lab.

Dont give a crap. Until I show I cant, I should have the option to own it.

The stats are from USARK. A little research of your own would have pulled it up just as easily.

Have you heard of the pit bull? It's being prosecuted thought the USA. A lot of counties are beginning to ban them outright.

Sent from my mind to my fingers to my phone to the MFK servers to you

I agree you should have the option to possess one as long as you get a permit and prove you have proper housing.

As long as you have get a permit, I have no problem with you having kids. I mean, you need proper housing right?

I dont judge everyone by the actions of a few....

I'm glad that the permit exist to own these larger predators.

Good for you. As I am willing to put for the effort to own a serval but cant (not deadly) due to a crappy permit system just because people like to you like to judge, I am not.

Im glad you feel good about judging and controlling others.
