Well I know Ken know his stuff and all but this is not accurate at all. They are not the same not even close. I brought my Rio Blanco's wild collected from Ken actually and I can tell you the Blanco strain is very different in looks (coloration and pattern) then any from the Copan River I have ever seen or kept. The Blanco are much more orange than the Copan version which are a much deeper or darker red. Maybe it was a general statement because yes they are very similar obviously but if you were to put 20 and 20 of each in a tank and stand back. You would be able to tell them apart will no issue. Just as if you were to put 20 gorillas blues and 20 normal blue Umbee in a tank together one can easily tell them apart.
hahahah well lets do that on a different thread or PM don't want to take WB's thread too far off trackAlso to challenge lol you have to have an issue with them and produce a fish you want to debate with
hahah
You totally took my post out of context, I was agreeing with the post, then asked "in a funny way by saying I challenge you" to see the fish you were talking about in the post you wrote. There was not a challenge in a literal sense nor anything else that could or should be limited to PM or different thread bro. I just appreciated your kind words regarding my article about gorillus being shafted and really just wanted to see the ornamental fish talked about in your post is all.
Okay back to the thread. Worldbelow I would like to get my hands on a nice male from you when they are ready Hit me up once they are thanks. Chris is going to send a couple of his my way again to grow out as well. Looking for that stunner to grow out over the winter and put in my new pond at winters end for the summer next year to blow it up in size.
Awesome there are people wanting to do such with these fish! Which are you getting from Chris?
