Well Id still be greedy. But Id take less money if it meant not selling to Oprah. Id rather sell to a "friend"
and tell myself Im having the last laugh. I think the Nba can only do so much as far as approval goes.

No, 100% must be approved by the NBA. There's people with the qualification and money that simply cannot get a sports franchise.

Just going off sports history with people with assets firing shots at mlb, nfl and NBA over not being able to get in

They won't just let anyone in

That's always easy, you find someone qualified and work backwards.

You are the snake...slippery and slimy as they come. And yes, I have exposed you for the BS that you spew.
You are right about being wrong too...a lot.
And yes, when you speak of things in such a matter of fact way and then are wrong...ya, that makes you a liar or just plain ignorant. Your choice.

More greatest hits. So which are you? Ignorant or a liar? You can "wait and see" to answer

I think he is working on getting the most money possible for the franchise. That would be my guess as to why he is letting his wife sell the franchise.

he isn't "letting "his wife sell the team, he is HOPING the NBA WILL ALLOW HIS WIFE TO sell it... it's an old foolish control freak giving the illusion to those around him that he is still "calling the shots"... the NBA may (and can )broker the deal after the June 3 vote....he is negotiating as we speak with the NBA, Trying to get the best possible negotiating leverage in regards to the sale ...in other words , he has agreed in principle to the forced sale as long as his wife(another major stockholder) can negotiate in his(and her)best interest...the NBA MAY OR MAY NOT accept his "offer"

That is usually how it works, the league and seller get togetger &decide....this is a little different though

he could not find a lawyer that would attach themselves to him after the "interview" , he passing the franchise to his wife and going to get the best money he can, he is looking at a 350m tax on sale. if the league took care of it he would stand to bank allot less. so you looking at a 1,000,000,000.00 sale with 350,000,000.00 sales tax. look at those zero,s . and he payed 12,000,000.00
for the team? sorry these numbers are beyond me. i do not feel sorry for the man. he going to make a killing.

don't forget the fact: that for 30 yrs. , he was such a poor manager that he only had 1 winning season until Chris Paul got there , HE IS HORRIBLE at managing his businesses..the ONLY THING that saves him is that the entire NBA IS WORTH 100 TIMES WHAT IT WAS WHEN STERLING BOUGHT THE TEAM....thanks to guys like JERRY COLANGELO & JERRY WEST& RED AURBACH and in spite of idiots like STERLING
