understood. does not change the fact of what the team can be sold for now. in there market and making the play offs.

he is not pursuing...imo... the lawsuit because of the fact that a major sports league has never been legally overturned on a ban... THIS is the basis of MY ENTIRE ARGUMENT.... from the beginning, that's where the knowledge of sports history ...not a casual knowledge with CALIFORNIA LAW(pretty much , as of now proven to be irrelevant) will be the basis of this outcome....TO FINISH OFF MY THOUGHT...I(and EDDIE )were told by "many"on this thread about how we didn't know what we were talking about...and DONALD STERLING this.. and DONALD STERLING that...about CALI LAW(WHICH we seemed to be the only ones , who know doesn't EVEN APPLY to the NBA)...well these guys are about as easy to find ,now, as rats on a sinking ocean liner..or still claiming "we shall see" , hoping against reality ...how about even 1 of you heroes admitting MAYBE,,,just maybe ,you were looking at the wrong end of the donkey all along , and THE OTHER guy (s) were RIGHT all along

Oh, I never said he would win. I did think he would fight it, and I was interested in what route he would go to do so. Fighting it and filing injunctions and such doesn't mean you will win, it also doesn't mean he wouldn't try knowing another such sports decision had not been overturned. I even stated in a post it was a losing clause, but did want to see the court fight. Control was out with the ban, and a court couldn't overturn that (I also said that in previous post). And some state laws do effect businesses even when they are based elsewhere. Cali law is why I have to take breaks at work even though I live in Washington, very lame. But I don't think the marriage law applies in this case.

Weird to see lee and Eddie on the same side though I must say

:iagree::OMG::WHOA::screwy::ROFL:

HE IS HORRIBLE at managing his businesses..

LoL, that's funny. He has created a net worth of 1.9 billion...yet he is horrible at managing his businesses...:ROFL:Guess he inherited that money...uhhh...NOPE! Maybe he won the lottery..umm...NOPE....Maybe he made that money managing his main business...real estate...ding ding ding! Not bad for a terrible business man..where does that leave you or everyone else who hasn't created that much wealth? And please spare me the bla...bla..bla about the Clippers being the worst manged this and that...broken record...1.9 Billion speaks volumes over your opinions...It is obvious you hate the man and his wealth...we get it.

More greatest hits. So which are you? Ignorant or a liar? You can "wait and see" to answer

Hes talking on espn now. Thats mah dude (sometimes)

What were you watching when you said "Hes talking on espn now. Thats mah dude(sometimes)"

Below Lee is referring to you when implying I should read a sports page or watch ESPN (like you both do, because this way I would know what I am talking about)
we are NOT making this stuff up..READ a sports page or watch espn . it's pretty much 1/2 of what they talk about..it ain't a state secret or rocket science , but it clearly has evaded your radar , but that's not OUR fault...

Below I'm told my ignorance is shining thru cause... again, I apparently don't read the sports page (or watch ESPN - as per previous post). "Does the fact that EDDIE and I post almost identical rebuttals (at the same time)" written below...only goes to further my point that yes you do watch ESPN...beside the fact that you stated you were watching it and commented on what you were watching.
read the sports page ..really your ignorance of this is SHINING THROUGH...once again ,nothing personal,, you just don't know about the subject near as much as you are pretending to , does the fact that EDDIE and I post almost identical rebuttals (at the same time)to the misinformation on you posts not register? the b.s meter is ringing.... loud

Can't forget to call out your other LIE. ESPN doesn't broadcast games. FACT CHECK - IT DOES. As you can see, there were three games scheduled for that day on ESPN. Please help me take my foot out of my mouth and shove it down yours. Warning - Everyone reading this - Watch BOC try to change the subject completely by going off on a tangent and talking about something completely unrelated to try to distract you from the fact the he lied about watching ESPN and that games aren't shown on ESPN, and pretty much everything else he has said since the beginning of this thread.

Eddie jumpin' for joy when he hears a negative Donald Sterling headline on ESPN!

For the last time, I watched the press conference on espn and didn't watch after that press conference which Stephen a smith was on right after. Even the games I watched werent on espn. The implication was I was repeating what espn said and its a fact that I hadn't been watching the channel after that day. you're ignorant and a petty fool for attempting to call me a liar over an undeniable fact. lee and you do not live with me and cannot tell people what I've been watching. You pretend to be so advanced in legality but use another mans post online as evidence of what I do with my time? just stop. ooo some games had been on espn (I was wrong and it has zero to do with this thread, I even said back then that I was wrong). You nor lee have no idea if I watched those games. Gotta be a reason i didn't know espn was showing games. Probably because I hadn't turned a game on on that channel hmmm. That's the obvious conclusion instead of mudslinging.

You however are flat out wrong with all the matter of fact bs you've been spewing that is appearing to be dead wrong.. Just accept that you look like a fool by talking down to those who predicted the right outcome. no law was going to save sterling but your wanna be law student mind told you otherwise. Enjoy the crow liar or is it just ignorant? id admit if I was wrong instead of continuing to fight it and take things personal. Try manning up and you'll look better. right now you're just drowning in your self righteous bs

And for the record, everyone knows I watch some espn here and there but when a headline dominates a channel (IE Michael Vick, the sterling banning, a team i don't like wins the championship, Michael Sam drafted), I simply avoid all sports channels. I did the same thing with this story. when it was brought up that I was repeating media hype, I gave an honest answer that I hadn't been watching media hype.

Someone felt that made it ok to slander me over a prior post about watching the press conference that set off the hype that gave me no reason to tune into any news or sports channel.

Heck half the time i read something on here and then look it up or turn on the tv. Yesterday lee posted and I went straight to sbnation.com and SI.com.

why is it wrong to hate a racist that takes advantage of less fortunate people (in real estate, owning overpriced crappy rental property , along with his upscale) by using his racism to deny rentals to people of color that he doesn't like??...thus helping to "create" that wealth through sheer hatred ,,,ya , I PRETTY MUCH HATE HIM, AND HIS WEALTH , for that reason.....some of you may know some may have forgotten..I grew up "wealthy"(at least more than comfortable),and For the most part the ARROGANCE, and dog eat dog mentality that is created by that part of society really ,imo, is the ugly secret of our society...all the charity balls and tax deductible "donations"are just ways they can feel better about their ability and zest for taking advantage of the less fortunate AS A LIVING....this of course isn't EVERYBODY WHO IS RICH.....JUST MOST...WANNA GET INTO WHY the BILLIONAIRE WALTON family(wal-mart)(several billion times the whole family)can't pay their employees enough to keep the ones trying to raise kids off food stamps? guess where food stamp money comes from ?????...YOUR TAX $$$$$...shall I GO ON?

wasn't thinking of you on this one....and in general I have much respect for your thoughtful posts...and EDDIE being on the same "team"as me on this subject IS probably sending shock waves throughout the lounge crowd...just goes to show there can be common ground found in strange places:)
