again I never said she should not be held accountable to some extent. I just do not think jail time should be the answer.
So community service? Probation? Mental institution? do you think she has any remorse? Feels guilty?

ya 14 year old girl, if she was 18, well that is another matter. I have cats older than her,
Hello; pardon my ignorance of the facts if I get some things wrong. The two never physically met. Were never in the same vicinity. The girl did not in any way supply the means for the suicide. The girl did not facilitate in any way such as loading a weapon, turning on gas or filling a syringe. They only knew each other thru some sort of electronic communication but not necessarily by a spoken phone conversation. Was the girl the first to broach the subject of suicide?
Also again my Hannibal question. Is this girl supposed to have some extraordinary manipulation skills or knowledge beyond the average person? Analogy might be someone with a black belt compared to the average guy with no martial arts training in a fight.
During my life time I have been told, usually face to face, to go do some things that would have resulted in serious injury or death. I was not inclined to do what was suggested in the first place so did not do the various things. I guess my thinking being that no one is going to talk me into something I am not already inclined to do.
Last question. Does anyone know of laws the cover this type situation? I know there are some laws against direct assistance in a suicide.
did she just do this for kicks and see how far she can push him.
What is sickening is how she posted on social media after the suicide too
