So community service? Probation? Mental institution? do you think she has any remorse? Feels guilty?

This happen in July of 2014. She was 18 at the time of being charged in september. Please provide a source saying they were 14.
 
mandatory counselling and mental health eval, and restrictions on using a social media device.
 
After reading her texts, idgaf if she was 14.

They do have prisons for teens. And I'm not saying she needs to rot in jail until she dies. But she needs to do some time.

Only way I'm feeling slightly lenient is if she has a mental issue herself. Or did she just do this for kicks and see how far she can push him?

What is sickening is how she posted on social media after the suicide too

The girl did not facilitate in any way such as loading a weapon, turning on gas or filling a syringe. Also again my Hannibal question. Is this girl supposed to have some extraordinary manipulation skills or knowledge beyond the average person? Analogy might be someone with a black belt compared to the average guy with no martial arts training in a fight.

During my life time I have been told, usually face to face, to go do some things that would have resulted in serious injury or death. I was not inclined to do what was suggested in the first place so did not do the various things. I guess my thinking being that no one is going to talk me into something I am not already inclined to do.

Last question. Does anyone know of laws the cover this type situation? I know there are some laws against direct assistance in a suicide.

You don't have to have a 10th degree grandmaster black belt in the art of manipulation to persuade someone with a mental disorder to do something that's commonly brought on by the disorder they're suffering from do you?

They'd have a hard time convincing you or me to kill ourselves but we're not suffering from depression.

Hello; I get that the girl is an A hole and equates flushable waste. I still do not see the crime. Having irritated a couple of women to the point of verbably wishing me dead, I was not inclined to kill myself. Does it not seem likely that the boy was inclined toward suicide on his own regardless of how the girl was involved. I just do not see anyone talking me into suicide if I am not already inclined that way.
 
your point is valid SK, and needs to be taken into account, I think involuntary man slaughter is a just charge being she was 18. she knew what he was doing and did not report it.
