I'm 5'11" and 140lbs but I want to put on more muscle for swimming and tone out the six pack better for the summer.

Im dead serious about this im down and the motivation would help. I used to lift and heavy bag train back surgery f'd me up then two shoulders and a hip. Now im a broken fat mess.

When i had back surgery dr said shed some weight it wiuld help with the recovery. Wife made me those veggie shakes with the nutribullet. I remember the 1st month i lost weight but after i got mobile again went right back to bwing a fatty.

Thats cool my wife as the fitbit and the nike version. Im gonna try it when i get cleared for extensive walking.
So this is dinner...the rest of the savages are eating chinese take out. Figure i will do this for breakfast and lunch then have a sensible dinner (what ever that is) what do you guys think ?

Loving the flax seed. Is that one of the magic bullet cheaper off brands? Love those things. I told sumo to get one instead of a $200+ blender.

Its the nutribullet. I agree my wife spent some decent dough on a blender and never uses it. The nutribulet gets used at least once a day.......damn that chinese smells gooooooood

I got a Cooks version (jcpenney's homebrand). Looks identical and used often.
