I still dont see what the teacher did wrong. It was her cell phone and had pics taken that were her private property. I could see an issue if they were taken on school grounds or if the school had a no cellphone in the class room policy.

Btw, most district/school policies state that electronics are not allowed in the classrooms. This applies to faculty, staff, and students and is also reinforced with different procedures. So it goes to show you that in the end she had some fault. Knowing students are nosey than a mf.... why in the world would you leave your phone out on your desk where students commonly pass by. I am a science teacher and my school does not tolerate any electronics out period. If you have it out, its your fault; teacher or students, **** gets taken all the time.
