Johnson was limited on foreign policy but many of those clips were taken out of context and both Dem/Repubs were trying to stop him from stealing votes. He was a successful business man and politician. While some of his policies were extreme he was all about working together not this bipartisan crap that we have seen for too long.

Bingo !!! Inactually though some of his isolationist comments were refreshing.
I have conservative views no doubt but i dont feel for 1 second that the established wanna be so called conservatives represent my best interests infact i dislike them as much as i dislike their counter parts

I was also disappointed he fell in line, but in all honesty I think he would have beaten trump. Despite republicans claiming landslide victory I think Bernie would have won the states that Clinton could not. While I had some admiration for him, I did not want to see his policies enacted. I work my butt off for my money and make good money. I am all for social programs but I am not for the extremes he is for especially with $19T in debt. I think the US needed the change in the form of Trump because regardless of policies the idea of a business man in charge drives certain expectations as we currently see in the market. Time will tell but I have friends who are part of the LGBT community and it is very sad to see the fear they have.
this was my take on Johnson as well, sad and frustrating that he would be so ill prepared to be a presidential candidate. I also think that they should have opened the debates up to him and stein so people could at least hear counter points to the two main candidates.
Even though it happened after the election, I believe they won a court case that has actually opened up their ability to participate in debates.
I remember when Ron Paul ran for President as a republican and participated in the debates. He has some of the funniest comments and was the only one with original ideas (for good or bad).

Dude South Africa is just a whole different story. I do not believe anything will change there until the ANC breaks up. I just remember when Malema tried challenging him. Glad he lost that battle. Can you imagine Malena leading the country? South Africa has so much potential and in my opinion I find it sad how so much of what Mandela and others fought for has gone out the window.
It has been too long since I have followed politics there. I love the documentary A Long Nights Journey into Day. Very sad.
See thats odd because i know plenty of *** and lesbians (family memebers coworkers) and none have any fear.of his policies. Most are as confused as i am on why such fear even exists. They dont feel anything hes doing is targrting them.

The fear is in the people he has surrounded himself with. Trump is not against the LGBT community. Pence, Devos, Tillerson and many others have been open about *** marriage should not be allowed, they should not have children, being *** is a disease that can be cured. Pence used to support electroshock treatment for curing being ***.
