I don't think I could ever live in an area that is lorded over by one of those groups and this particular situation is as stupid as it gets.No way am I going to put up with someone telling me what I can and can't do on my property that only I pay for.I use to be a member of a homeowners association, I found them to be pompous asses. needless to say i was not in it long.

I live in a smaller version home owners association. Hahahaha imagine them telling me that this flag had to be taken down. Id wrap the house in it like a christmas gift

Absolutely agree. The guy in charge of mine pretty much hates me already im pretty confident he wouldnt even think about requesting i remove a flag

My homeowners have been known to be pricks but we shall see. I have heard cases where some of them don't allow owners to have cars on their property if the vehicle is over a few years old.My homeowners have been known to be pricks but we shall see. There are a few police officers that live in our neighborhood.
