Pls help first time encountering ich or white spots

hi guys it's my first time encountering ich so I asked a close friend who owns a lfs he said since my tank is. 327g that I add salt 30 teaspoon of rock salt then just enough methylene blue for a light blue color then just let it be for 3 days then stArt water change on the 4rth day 20% every. 2 days so far four juvie sevs got it I bought a new heater turned it up to 30 celsius

I would just suggest just use the salt and heat treatment. Methylene Blue will kill your beneficial bio bacteria.

i turned off 1 of my 5 filters to save the bacteria in taht one added 2 air stones and kept two overhead filters running and 2 submersible is 3 days the right amount of time pls help anyone this is my boy friends main tank

Make sure you gravel vac during wc's.

Did you use Methylene Blue already if not I would personally not use and turn the filters back on. Btw do not let the Bio media dry out or you will be recycling the aquarium again.

already used i panicked sorry but is my procedure right 3 days then water change? should i add beneficial bacteria after?

Don't add any bio media the Methylene Blue will kill it. Never used Methylene Blue for ich.

oh i mean after 3 days when i start wc 20% when can i add bio media from our other tanks is the 3 day period correct then start water change every 2 days 20%?
