The end of an era...

I'm really sad to see the tank being torn down. Like many others, your tank was one of my favorites. The layout, gang of characters, and plants were amazing. You do an excellent job taking care of your tanks. I have some big shoes to fill taking care of Macaroni, Soba, and the tetras.

Although the situation is sad, sometimes with endings come with even better beginnings. Very excited for you and your new house. Can't wait to see what you do with your tank upgrade with lower jaws. :)

i use this, with roller. We call it Toyogo box, Toyogo being the brand

i will take a big cloth to cover the top so it could absorb any water spillage while driving, i then place the lid on top, no need to lock the lid

i will also use a portable air pump to provide oxygen but since you are 15 mins away from your LFS, you may not need to use it

I have a for sure home for the BN, and a maybe for the Para.

I really love my Para - I recommend them. I think she's gorgeous, she won't grow huge, she's not afraid to be out in the open (but does like her cave) and eats literally everything I put into the tank. She can be a little spazzy, and sometimes digs a little nest out of my substrate. She will chase the BN off of a wafer but isn't aggressive.
