The patio tank is coming along nicely. Temps have been in the high 90s and 100s so it's a struggle to keep it cool enough.

When the water at the very top of that system it 88°F I started putting cool hose water in the sump and siphoning hot water from the tank. I brought them down to 84°.

Pepper, Morton, Fish, Chips, and Photon all seem to be hungry and active.

its not something you need to worry about, they fine even in the low 90ies. but the water changing of doing it is nice.

I think Farcebook is blocking Ben Shapiro's posts!

Air temps got over 106, so keeping the fish alive was uncertain. I added more circulation, raised the HOBs for splashing, added extra pump just to spray water around in the open sump. This all seemed to help somewhat without the water changes, but this tank is in mini-cycle mode, having just been moved, so the water was welcome.

I bought some 1" foil-faced styrofoam to insulate the tank from the heat, also because temps drop at night. I want it as stable as possible.

well I got little over 500 miles on the Jaguar, what a fun freaking car. love the 0 to 30 in 2 seconds. Also love scarring the kids and wife. I am afraid that some is going steal my hood ornament. either way after 40 years of kid carriers nice to have a dad car.

People steal hood ornaments?

Lol I remember that was big at our Junior High. We ended up losing the Ram off our Ramcharger.
Yeah,I never understood it but it was a big thing years ago.I remember seeing fools walking around with Mercedes and Volkswagen emblems dangling from chains.....looking like wannabe Beastie Boys LOL!
