I can't identify my arowana, please help me.

My arowana is 6 inches, I don't know the gender either... can you guys please help me?
I am from India and my friend gifted me this arowana, I feel it's rude to ask her

It looks like a Jardini or an Asian, I'm leaning more towards Asian as Jardinis are more red while this one is more blue. I cannot tell the sex though, to my understanding it's pretty much a gamble when it comes to sexing Asian Arowanas, especially at that size.

I don't know much about arowanas, but on here in the arowana section you can find all the information you need

Tank looks pretty small. Might want to consider upgrading to at least a 180 is you want to keep it long term.

It's the most aggressive of all the arowanas. May not want to keep him with other fishes.

Better upgrade to a bigger tank. Looks similar to my jardini same color on tail except yours is darker looks nice.

Don't trust the old beliefs of Jardini aggressiveness.

Sorry about the gender, even 20 years expert can't 100% AGI especially under 10 inches.
