Walking!!! He'll need liposuction after that lot! Way to go Brian. When I mentioned in a previous post that you're allowed a"blip" every once in a while, I did say "blip", not a complete meltdown. Lol.

Mind you, I'm a fine one to lecture. I can eat a full packet of choccy biscuits in a heartbeat if given the chance. Lol.

Hey, I’m my defense on my 1,500 calorie diet I went 584 calories over which puts me at 2,084 calories. About normal for maintaining weight I think? If I am correct then this just means I do not lose weight today. Must work on anger eating/drinking.

Something like this? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chocolate_biscuit Doesn’t look all that appetizing, looks dry inside. Now if you gave me a pile of steaks or just various meats a year ago I would have likely eaten it all.

For an average human that's about maintenance calories but depending on your height, weight, activity level etc it could be wildly different. There are some tools online which you can use to find out how many you should be eating on average day.

I’m lucky enough that the place I live in is safe enough that I could literally wear a suit made of money and I wouldn’t have to worry about anyone. The only thing is occasionally I’ll heard a weird sound at night that puts me on edge.

That's a thing for sure, luckily in Suburbia it should not be anything. There are not many predators here in the Cape that I may have to worry about in nature, would be more wary of people

Most likely it’s just a Felis catus knocking something over. I certainly don’t know what’s it’s like over there but I am happy where I am.
