I’ve figured out that I’m willing to walk faster when I’m able to focus my attention on walking while being entertained by something else which doesn’t slow my down. Here’s a look at my walk from just a few minutes ago.

When I’m not being stimulated by something and am just walking at a normal pace my time tends to be around 21-24 minutes, when I’m thinking about various things and plans it tends to be around 19 minutes, when I’m stimulated it’s the above which is 16-17 minutes. The stimulation I’m using are podcasts from BiggerPockets.
The final mile I just took it easy.
I find it easier to run with music - makes the grind a little smoother. I just need running earphones since my headphones are a bit clunky.

If you are running with headphones on, especially road running, not so much off road running, your visual awareness needs to be extra dialled in. If I cycled with headphones on i'd literally be in hospital within a very short space of time, though like you say it would be nice to listen to music while you grind away. You've got to be so aware of what's going on around you. I've had some real close calls over the years and that's being fully alert!

I can still hear cars and such, I am not blasting super hard but that's a good point!

Got new boxing gloves and some wraps - much better than the cheap gloves that came with the bag. Proper good way to work out that.

If you carry on you'll have to change your forum name to "skinny". Lol.
Lots of people actually asume I'm overweight but the name is actually just a pun based on the common name for a fish (squalius cephalus)
I have defined abs lol I don't think I count as chubby

Lol. I always thought the European chub was leuciscus cephalus, but on checking they've changed it to squalius cephalus. Great fish, one of my favourite coarse fish. I have their Asian lookalikes in my 360, the cigar barb, spitting image of the chub.

This is what happens when Brian has car troubles, make note of the fact I already had my 1,500 calories for the day before this.

700ml? That's nuts. We basically get 330, 500 or 1l as our standards. More walking to come?

Walking!!! He'll need liposuction after that lot! Way to go Brian. When I mentioned in a previous post that you're allowed a"blip" every once in a while, I did say "blip", not a complete meltdown. Lol.

Mind you, I'm a fine one to lecture. I can eat a full packet of choccy biscuits in a heartbeat if given the chance. Lol.

Rage consuming is my biggest adversary to overcome when it comes to weight loss as it takes 10 minutes or so for me to calm down enough to stop eating and in those 10 minutes I can make enough food for 3 adults. Once I make the food and have calmed down I typically don’t know what to do with the food so I’ll slowly eat through it over an hour or a few hours. I only manage to eat the pizza and drink 1 coke. I’m saving the other two for another day and my brother gets a Dr Pepper.

Also this 710 ml isn’t “exactly” the most common, you can find this size in almost every gas station. The most common size is also 500ml, that’s what most people get, I only got the 710ml because I was rage wanting drinks.

Speaking of walking and weight I’m down to either 203 or 207, my scale refuses to give me a straight answer for some reason no matter how many times I change the batteries. Also I have not been walking the last two days because I’ve studying hard.
