That looks painful!Went and did the derwentwater dawdle on Saturday, 22 mile race round the lake district. First time out this year really. Suffering now.

About 800m climb/descent. Not bad exercise! My calves felt it for days.

What's up everyone, how are your goals coming along? I just finished a cut, started at 100kg (225lbs), now about 90 (200lbs). Really have the feeling that if I stay healthy during the coming year I'll be very happy with where I'm at next summer.
