Sports and fitness 2021

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Sounds really good! I have not been exercising much but through portion control I am staying in pretty much the same place physically. What is the next goal?

Gonna bulk over the winter, then cut down again... rinse and repeat :grinyes:

Went and did the derwentwater dawdle on Saturday, 22 mile race round the lake district. First time out this year really. Suffering now.

About 800m climb/descent. Not bad exercise! My calves felt it for days.

Looks tough, is that close to where you live. Well done.
Not terribly far. Was a really great trip to look at some rarer plants as well.

I’ve figured out that I’m willing to walk faster when I’m able to focus my attention on walking while being entertained by something else which doesn’t slow my down. Here’s a look at my walk from just a few minutes ago.

When I’m not being stimulated by something and am just walking at a normal pace my time tends to be around 21-24 minutes, when I’m thinking about various things and plans it tends to be around 19 minutes, when I’m stimulated it’s the above which is 16-17 minutes. The stimulation I’m using are podcasts from BiggerPockets.
The final mile I just took it easy.

What's up everyone, how are your goals coming along? I just finished a cut, started at 100kg (225lbs), now about 90 (200lbs). Really have the feeling that if I stay healthy during the coming year I'll be very happy with where I'm at next summer.

If you carry on you'll have to change your forum name to "skinny". Lol.
