It looks like autumn is in full swing there too, as it is in the uk. Many find the darker nights/mornings to be depressing but I don't mind them.

Summer will be just round the corner for you young Hendre Hendre won't it?
 
Correct, we are starting to see warmer days, which has made hiking pleasant

Was bored so I went for a run, calves are on fire but it was good. Still getting the lower leg built for a different technique so it is slow (I am also not as fit)
Before lockdown my last parkrun was 22:43, and my PB last year was 21:55. There is progress to be made

Well done. I am teetering on 80kg (176lb) so have been gaining a little, don't know where exactly though. Still look the same. Brian what is your goal time for the end of this year?

I have been riding my bike, and taking my dog for a walk. I ride my bike to 7 Eleven, not making any progress because I am eating junk food, but sometimes I bike to the beach (6.7 miles from our house) without getting candy! I am about 5’5” and weigh at 131 pounds. I am chubby in the stomach. I am 13, so it is normal. My mother says her brothers (she has 5) all gained weight, and then had a major growth spurt.

I also play soccer competitively, and walk my dog at least 3 times a day. Yet I keep gaining pounds. Diet is flawless (breakfast: Peaches or other fruits mixed in with plain yogurt and honey, Lunch; usually a sandwich and a bag of chips or something, and Dinner is usually veggies like asparagus or potatoes with any fish we caught a few days before and a salad as well as some oddball thing I usually never have).

Soccer comprises of a mile run before, then we do ladders (little foot movements through small squares), a drill, if we lost the drill than another mile run, and then a scrimmage followed by another mile run. My coach is really serious about running ?

My dog walking is usually to a local dog park a mile and a half away. I take my puppy Australian Cattle dog mix there all the time. He is super hyper lol

Goal time? Any time that doesn’t end with me having a heart attack is a goal :nilly:.

I don’t have any goals for 2020 however with the way I’ve been stopping myself at 1,500 calories a day, I’ve been steadily loosing 2 pounds a week. I asked siri how many weeks until 2021 and she says 10 so 203 - (10*2) = 183. If I haven’t been 180 since the beginning of freshman year. That’s the last time I can remember being 180, I gained 20 or so pounds that year and never realized it until the end.
