I have been riding my bike, and taking my dog for a walk. I ride my bike to 7 Eleven, not making any progress because I am eating junk food, but sometimes I bike to the beach (6.7 miles from our house) without getting candy! I am about 5’5” and weigh at 131 pounds. I am chubby in the stomach. I am 13, so it is normal. My mother says her brothers (she has 5) all gained weight, and then had a major growth spurt.
I also play soccer competitively, and walk my dog at least 3 times a day. Yet I keep gaining pounds. Diet is flawless (breakfast: Peaches or other fruits mixed in with plain yogurt and honey, Lunch; usually a sandwich and a bag of chips or something, and Dinner is usually veggies like asparagus or potatoes with any fish we caught a few days before and a salad as well as some oddball thing I usually never have).
Soccer comprises of a mile run before, then we do ladders (little foot movements through small squares), a drill, if we lost the drill than another mile run, and then a scrimmage followed by another mile run. My coach is really serious about running ?
My dog walking is usually to a local dog park a mile and a half away. I take my puppy Australian Cattle dog mix there all the time. He is super hyper lol
