My flowerhorn is bleeding in eye...

He wasn't eating well, then I saw his right eye was cloudy and he wasn't able to see properly and wasn't swimming freely either, was slow and in corner sitting most of the time. Today I pumped up the heater from 28°c to 32°c and added doxycycline capsule which was recommended by local pharmacist as tetracycline couple of hours ago. He started swimming better again and seems fine now but his eye has something like internal bleeding which has got me worried, any idea?IMG_20210511_140555~2.jpg
 
Edit : I did a 50% water change again because he was sitting sideways...

Sorry for your loss. Maybe it got bloodied eyed from smashing into decors and burst a blood vessel in its eye.
