Sounds like it could be normal agresssive behavior. Or not but I can’t tell you anything based off that description. Get a pic of him in the tank tomorrow.

How long it take for the fh to settle down and be active ?
I saw his poop kinda purple red . Or light red . Can I change the water or it will shock him ?

Can take anywhere from a couple days - a couple weeks to fully settle. I would just leave him alone for the most part for the first few days with the lights off. Only come right up to the tank when you are going to feed so he can quickly associate you with getting fed. Reddish poop is just fine. Change the water if it needs to be changed (if nitrates are 20+ppm).

Looks like white spot to me but could do with a better image of him to tell for certain.

Looks like white spot to me. The stress of been shipped and handled could of caused it. It could of already started befor hand as I'm not sure how long white spot takes to become visible after the fish is infected.

You can raise your temp and add salt that will help speed up the life cycle and make it easier to kill. But in his state I would consider medication if you have it or can get it.
