I don't understand how you can be so quick in these threads (the other one also) to point out all the help around Kobe Bryant, and how he isn't deserving of the MVP because of it. But then out of the other side of your mouth you say that KG should be the MVP? He has Paul Pierce, and Ray Allen, and now Sam Cassel! He arguably has the most proven help of any team! And you talk about what the Lakers were like without the other guys, what were the T-Wolves like last year! Unless KG has other big names, and guys with the guts to take the big shots and lead so he doesn't have to, he is just a stat line. You use the same argument against Kobe that you use to hold up KG.

Lol, said it before me. The Celtics are an amazing team, my only question for them will be their "legs" in the playoffs. I've seen too many games this year where they are up by 18 in the fourth and yet all their starters are still in. Coming from a Pistons fan, who has seen his team tire out in the past because they put too much into the regular season, this is an important aspect of the playoffs in the NBA, the West will have to battle this because their playoffs will be so intense right from the start.

lol, I understand that too, I didn't like him for awhile either, but when I decided to be objective, and just watch what happens on the court, he won me over. He is top 5 all time players in the league, and for him not to have any MVP's is because people are biased when they view him.

Yeah and those same critics are the same ones who have Kobe jerseys hidden in their Closets..Closet Kobe fans hahaha...why else would he have the number 2 most selling jersey in the NBA just behind his airness if nobody liked him...Anyways you dont have to like Kobe you just have to respect his GAME and the skills that he brings to the court...MVP 2008 no doubt
