I think a planted tank with some threadfin rainbows, a yo-yo loach and maybe a dwarf gourami would be cool.

i am thinking of doing a darf gourami. i also will look around to find another blue ram of the opposite sex. if i see some tetra i like maybe ill grab them. who knows. some of these smaller tanks are just as much fun as the big ones. i've always overlooked the little ones. i am going fish shopping after work today. well see what i decide on.

go back and buy one with/out (depending on the one you have) and you'll have a breeding pair. the babies of whom you can sell for a profit (pay off some of that fish food they owe ya)
they get kinda territorial once they get their spot picked out keep alot of upper and mid water species. i'm sure they's leave a cory or two alone.
can you dig up a pair of male/female pics for me? im not exactly sure what to look for. thanks!
Male in top of pic, female in bottom. The male has no blue spots in his black spot and the female will sometimes have a pink belly.
