The tank has been established since november 30 of last year; About 6 months.CRS as in Crystal Red Shrimp???
You will want to keep them in a very mature tank with stable parameter and temps of around 18'C - 24'C max...
I personally feed mine specialzed shrimp food to ensure they get enough calcium and nutrients, but there are a lot of options out there...
For Cherry Reds, they are more forgiving, stable tank parameters and temps below 28'C with enough vegetation inside and they do okay...
