150 gallon tank, what catfish will fit?

No, I'd say just make sure it can't get stuck. And I usually like to give an open area where I'd drop the food and they can swim more freely if they wish.
 
Black shark basically a catfish. And get big 12 inch in tank u size...20180204_173541.jpg and can hold his own with oscars..

Bad advice. Fish don't grow to the size of the tank. Get it assuming it will one day reach 2'+. And not to mention, depending on the specimen, they can be quite territorial.
