I personally thought the 21" sp. Dabola was off the chart. Color was insane! Hope to find another one like it one day.

This thread is great but pictures really fail to convey just how massive a 20"+ bichir truley are They really need to be seen in person as the difference between a 20+ and say an 18 is not just the 2" in length but a totally different fish(girth, bone structure etc)

Now for the true monsters like 25" Godzilla that is off the charts

this one was my favorite too! Color was intense. Would love to keep up with this sp. Dabola. Did you end up selling it to a MFK member?

Can you get a close-up of your Faranah ?
Here is both faranah lap, ill get better picture after my WC.
#1 low contrast, similar pattern to DMD123 DMD123

Yeah. It's Frank's tank (Framcosco). Most of my bichirs went to him when I left the hobby. Not sure if he has them all still or not.

They look good! My gravel isn't good for green LJs like Faranah laps. My low contrast one looks solid green, my high contrast one looks like your low contrast one lol

Some reason my polys dont turn really green like J jaws7777 , maybe my light still too bright even its a flourescent.
