I know dovii reach 20inchs or more in captivity and almost 30 in the wild. What I ment was the dovii in question was 14 inch max not 12 inch as I stated by mistake in a earlier post. I just corrected myself. Please read all previous posts before being 'trigger happy'.
Your Dovii is one of the best looking Dovii I've seen. I feel for ya man. I recently considered selling mine but couldn't do it. Good luck with what ever you decide.

The dovii would be way better and its vary nice if you had it alone you could "play with him" because fish kept in a tank alone r usally more people friendly
