Dude dont screw around... Buy it... your moving... Wait for a bit.... Set it up right... and BAM you got a banggin deal and tank.... 1000 is a great deal... Jump on it and run...
 
It seems like its pretty decent.. I mean sure everyone wants a good deal.. but sometimes.. even with good deals.. you end up spending more money on it to making it look better.. IE: filter, rocks, decoration, not to mention the FISH?!?!?!?

If for 1grand u can get everything set up and just add fish.. I think its fair...

265 u can probably add some amazing fish stock.... the way i see it, def get it now.. and wait until you move.. and then set it up..
 
I would get a contractor to take a look at the place you plan on putting the tank. All building's are not built a like and condos tend to be cheaply built. I know a little about the building trade,and despite the info you have received here i wouldn't feel comfortable giving you any advice unless i could see the said location.
 
Buy it and wait that's not really a bad deal with a fx5 good luck its really a money pit at first but then its all worth it in the end
