300 Gallon Busted

I'm thinking about not putting my tanks anywhere near my bed now...

Sorry you wasted money and time on this and now have a mess to clean up
 
Scares me, I set up a used 55g that's now running like 10 feet from my bed...Sorry to hear about your tank, I'd break some legs.
 
Thats sucks! right now just try to preserve anything damaged. move the care, push the water out of the garage with a push broom. was the 55g full?
 
Ya, The guy told me it worked fine...told me no brace was needed. I just wanted to put one on for safety measures....I figured if it ran with out one for 4 years (supposedly) that it would last over night for a water test, guess not. Well back to the garage to finish cleaning now that the sun is out.
 
Sorry man. What a horrible horrible way for things to go down. Thank goodness it was in your garage and no one was near it. = (
 
I feel your pain.. I had a window blow out on a 200 plywood tank.. The fish blew out of the tank at least 15 feet, I couldn't imagine what I would have done if the wife and kids would have been looking at the tank... My broke a cross support on the stand.. Sorry to hear about the tank
