he should make a 500 gallon the counter then it would fit just fine and would be a kick ass place to go
LOL^...I wonder just what kind of dragon fish the guy intends to purchase.

i was told silver arowana's but i will update once he is back with the fish on Wednesday. the tank was set up ten days ago. its not even fully cycled yet :(

If this guy puts 4 arrowanna in this taNK HE IS AN IDIOT! Tell him the tank is suitable for 2 fancy goldfish with a weekly water change, they could stay in there for life. Otherwise tell him to stick his crab buffet up his azz!

You know they are going to die , you know you want to rescue one, I would go for it even 1 is better off in a 90 gal then 4 in a 55 maybe you could rehome it later just what I would do at least you might save one

Did he say the word "arowana"? or just "dragon fish"?, because he could possibly be refering to Dragon Gobies, which are offend called Dragon Fish. And 4 Gobies would be fine in a 55. I know people who keep 8-10 in a 60 with no problems. They do fine with that footprint and are not aggressive to their own kind normally. Although they prefer brackish water as they mature which for most of us isn't great. MFK is mostly hard-core FW lol.

But if he is actually talking about Arowanas, Yikes.....

It is a aro ^ he said that earlier and a silver gobie doesnt exist.... silver aros do so just say silver aro. Wow i bet that they will all commit suicide and jump out of the tank. Even if you can't house a aro in a 90 gallon tank, hey keep them and sell them off to a better home, but make sure they have a great home, or else they will end up in another asian restraunt. I know a restraunt in Cali that carried these huge silver aros, only 2 of them tho and they were put in a 500 gallon tank i think. I was so happy XD, at least some people know how to take care of fish, even restraunt owners.

When did I ever say Silver Goby? Try reading man, clearly says "Dragon Goby". Plus I'm going by his first post, which stated that he was buying four "Dragon Fish", never said Arowana, he just guessed according to the first post. Use your head before you smart off

Might want to take your own advise and read up on Asian culture and what a "Dragon Fish" is in their culture.

Sounds frustrating, but only so much you can do in these circumstances.
Hopefully you "planted a seed" as we say around here and when the fish start getting sick and dying, they may reconsider this type of setup.
