Maggie told me to put the Lei in there tonight.... I considered it, but I am considering the silvers that where at jojo today too
 
you know what man, you should really get some peacock bass in there, its the perfect size! It will look sick :D

We could start our own photo thread, maggie and my tank, nicole and yours..... And i'm sure we could get brittany involved somehow too

we could prob charge per view, make back some of the $ ive spent on this thing

I wanted a smooth/round black gravel, but I did not want painted or epoxy coated gravel. What I ended up getting is a very dark grey and about 1% or less of it is some shade of brown. Gravel is 3-5mm. It’s not perfect, but it is real rock and no paint.

Very good read and really nice setup!

What kind of gravel is that, and where did you get it from? Its quite uniform (in size) and I bet looks nice in the tank. Do they have more colors in that?

I got it from a LFS. I dont remember the name of the company. I have some extra bags at home, i'll check when i get back. They do have other colors.
