ok i fixed the washing machine... which means im wearing more than boxers and a tshirt... and my tools are in the house... i feel like i should do something with this tank/stand
the stand was built on uneven ground.. the floor of the house is even worse.. i swear it has nothing to do with drinking while working.. im going to shim the crap out of it and use a sheet of plywood on the top.. but im thinkin some foam might be a good idea...

i already had the plywood.. and we took the car so i couldnt of gotten lumber even if i had wanted to...
i did however get a sheet of foam.. all they had was 1/2" and 1".. i went with the 1/2"...
on this floor the tank has like a 1/4" twist in it.. so.. i went nuts... i put foam on the floor under the stand.. then foam under the plywood on top of the stand along with the shims (i didnt want to shim under the stand and put dents in the vinyl tile (or whatever this stuff is called)... and then foam under the tank...
i didnt have to shim much.. but theres somewhere around a 1/8th" gap on the left side (before the shims)... i was going to fill it tonight and if it was still up and running when i got home from work tomorrow i was going to move the pbass (if they have not eaten any of the otos yet.. they will by the end of the week)
the only call i got this weekend was at 7:30am saturday...... i have not had a drink since thursday... ive noticed im real grumpy... the house is dry with the exception of 1/5th of a bottle of really crappy tequila... i just mixed myself a monster and tequila... its..... not good... but screw it i need a friggin drink..
i think i want to reseal the tank now... i got it used and the silicone on (side) seams has been "trimed" to the point that theres almost nothing except whats between the pieces of glass... it held up in the backyard with no foam for around a month in the heat and sun... but now im worried (drinking keeps away the worry monster)...
thoughts.. commenmts.... other than "i think you have a drinking problem"
