in the future when rescueing neglected fish do a series of tiny w/c's to slowly change the waste levels in the water and you might have better results.I get a lot of calls from people that have let their tanks go to hell and want it clean now, it is always a pain to convince people that "right now"is not a time frame i can work with in their case but as a result we've brought back some real swamps into nice healthy tanks

These fish were drip acclimated for a period of 3 hours, no way to do in more time with amount of water I was working with.

I was not cleaning or revieving an existing tank so did not have the luxury of being able to do 10% w/c daily until the tank was healthy.

Very sad. Wish I could show this to all the people who ask what the harm is in not doing maintenance or that a particular fish doesn't have to get that big.
