Well it's probably a wrong time and place to ask this question but.... has anybody managed to get fry from any pairwise combination of the three "types" of fish?

I'm not an advocate for hybrids, and reproductive compatibility isn't always an accurate measurement of genetic differences.... just curious...

anybody?

no wat asking is for u to explain wat it means cuz i see it alot and dont have a clue wat it means

it basically means wild parents are F0.....and f1 means there fry and f2 means there fry and so on and so on........ i agree with you about the cheerleaders, also

just a relative term to follow the progenitor-progeny relationship -

Progenies resulting from the first cross being discussed are F1s. Next generation are F2s, etc. Using F0 to refer to wild fish is a creative invention, which is fine as long as we all know what is meant.

:topic: :D:D

So has anyone had or heard of fry from any two out of the three types?

just stating my experience from being on the site/ but the f basically means a wild fish or if it has a # other then o beside its fry from a wild pair of parents

Wild parents F0 = Fry F1= Fry F2=

never heard of it being done but im pretty sure someone has tried...
