Still illegal and people start to notice when your in the pet store buying a rabbit once a week, and if it's reported the animal gets put down, I'm not gonna break the law and risk an animals life just to own one for a while

a rabbit ONCE A WEEK!!!! lol no wonder they r banned! they must b huuuuggge....but fat lol so probably couldnt do anything even if they wanted too.

and imagine my dissappointment that when i went to florida for a month in may i didnt see ONE big snake!

Been here pretty much my whole life. Only saw one big snake that wasn't like in the Everglades. My dad hires a bunch of Hispanic guys to do his yard work. One of them was up in a tree sawing branches. This like 10' burm falls onto the guy cutting the stuff and literally scares the crap out of him. Was pretty funny.

I made a trip to the glades and only found 3 in several days of herping. Then the park ranger would not let me take them and forced us to release them back into the park. Freaking idiots....

What? Someone I know went down there and the ranger told them to take as many as they wanted.

I've not been to Florida to personally witness this but, the people I know and have talked to about the "outbreak" say it is HEAVILY misconstrued. The numbers are heavily inflated.

pet stores really only sell baby rabbits, at the size of rabbits we have available an adult burm or retic would require feeding more often or multiple feeders at once
