Am I the only one who gets mad?

Damn what a horrible thing to say to someone "chop it up and eat it". whenever i get a rediculous comment or some one trying to tell me some crazy myth i usaully play the sarcastic roll and let them finish talking and respond with somthing like " oh yea, well I totally just saw this guy riding a unicorn down the street and did you know that if you feed a cat red meat they can grow as big as a mountain lion" (some people actually believe the cat part though:WHOA:), then if they are open to listen I spit the facts about the reptile in question.

All boids are banned in Canada?
No. I live in Alberta and tons of pet stores have big ass boa's. There is a place just by my house that has a 7 footer.

When someone finds out you have snakes and proceeds to tell you how disgusting and horrible they are?

Today a girl finds out that I have a snake that is going to get over 6 feet (Columbian boa) and proceeds to tell me that I am stupid, that I'm just going to let it go when it gets that big and that there are probably thousands thriving in the woods all over the US, not just FL. She even went as far as to say I should just cut it up and eat it because I'm going to let it go anyway? Who says stuff like this?

Sorry for the rant, just seeing if I'm insane because I was offended that someone would talk about my pet like this and tell me to cut her up and eat her?
you should have punched her in the mouth, lol jk

people used to say that about my dempsey but as a joke cause its true he would taste pretty good fried... but if she meant it and wasnt just kidding thats not nice tell her cat to come over for a play date and well make her sign wavers in case the cat is accidentally consumed

Still illegal and people start to notice when your in the pet store buying a rabbit once a week, and if it's reported the animal gets put down, I'm not gonna break the law and risk an animals life just to own one for a while

Yeah I see your point there. I wonder why they are banned in sask but not AB?

They either escaped or someone let theirs go one too many times and people began to feel that they were not being kept responsibly and are too dangerous thus they got banned.

Funny thing is that 20 min up the road from me ALL SNAKES are banned due to the city bylaw, people are so scared ignorant
