Nice, glad to know they are being watched over carefully. Should be fun to watch them go at it through the divider, be careful. Cichlids are master magicians and tend to find ways over dividers if they really want to. Sneaky little suckers
 
Yeah the dovii has started to come out of his shell since introducing the dithers. Also have 100+ jag fry for the occasional feeder for them.

Jag love to spawn, you'll have feeders for days that way. Plus they will be home grown, so no need to worry about sickly feeders.
 
Precisely. I will keep a few of the fry to grow out.exactly right about the feeders, I know the conditions they're raised in, I know they're healthy and what they're being fed.was sad to see the pair of jags go but it was time .
