Annoying Family/Friends

lol hey whatever you gotta do to get a bigger tank hehe. I made sure so educate my son about fish before I expanded. I have only had one incident with him and now everything is fine and I don't have to worry. I am already so picky about where everything goes in my house that if anyone even thought of moving my fish without my permission.....wrath. That is what would happen...pure wrath lol.
 
lol im my house im to the point where:

"drop me off at petco i need a filter cartridge"
"okay"
--i walk in "ill take that one!"
"that big tank over there?"
"yup"
"okay son ill ring ya up for it"
"thanks"
--parents pick me up "what the **** is that???"
"my puffer's new home"
*sigh* "alright i guess"
*yessss!*
 
LOL...thats funny. What's worse for me is that I am grown and live on my own. I have no parents to stop me from this addicting hobby lol. I have to completely rely on my own restraint...which sometimes doesn't always work. lol.
 
i fight my parents restraint cuz i only got 77.5g worth of tanks right now. i need a 300+ and i think im on the verge of overcomming my parents rule.

definitely. my uncle's friend is selling a 300+g (not exactly sure) and he says hell give me a deal cuz im his friends nephew and boy is it a deal! $200 for tank, stand, filter, lights and everything else. so just add fish and water lol
 
my mom, is pretty supportive, but when i told her i wanted to build a 900 gallon tank in the basement she said she wasnt sure about it... but she said no to getting:
a tortoise
a turtle
a newt
my 3rd and 4th ten gallon tanks
and my parrot
and i have (or have had) all of those
