guys, i just got back from Kiev in may. i have lived there for the past couple of years.
there are no pro-russian separatists. they are eastern ukrainians (who are russian speakers) who decided not to recognized the new government (the old one was overthrown). i was a witness to many events in kiev.
russia is NOT at war with ukraine. it is the new new government that is at war with its own people.

i dont know what happened with the plane, but i have a feeling that it is a false flag in order for Obama to send weapons to the government in Kiev.

Yea. Killing Americans is likely going to get us to send weapons there. But not weapons in a box and a greeting card, weapons dropping from the sky going boom.

Mr. What's-his-face who bragged about shooting down "another cargo plane" is likely going to get a present from a drone soon. I wouldn't suggest standing near him when it arrives.

the current goverments in kiev is using neo-nazi's to suppress anyone who is againsts them. yes, i know it sounds crazy. but it is true.
the whole maidan area was littered with ultra-rightwing graffiti (celtic crosses, 88, wolf's hook). you can see plenty of pictures of that online.

the very first thing the new people did was banning russian language, while their supportes proceeded to demolish old soviet monuments and memorials to ww2 veterals.

people up east in Donetsk and in Craimia did want to put up with this. there was a referendum in both areas where most people voted to declare themselves a separate country.
craimia was than taken in by russia. donets area on other hand is being bombed by the federal army.

and for people asking why US is involved. well, there is natural gas pipeline that goes from russian through ukraine straight into european union.
one of the executive in the ukrainian gas company is joe biden's son.
