Sweet. Thanks man. I remember Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 was saying that's where he gets his from. Walmart...more like worm Mart. for all your worm needs. :)

I Gotta start mixing up my tilapia and carnivore pellets routine.

if you get them at walmart check them before you buy a couple times I gt home and had to throw them away because they were dead and moldy however they have gotten better. I also buy from academy it's the same price but are usually fresher

I'm not saying you don't have experience with Sens. I have experience with Sens too, but J jaws7777 has been keeping them a lot longer than either of us, and he probably has better info than we do.
Its just that 12 or 14 inches sounds big but in reality its not and im sure they can get that big BUT sens are no different than any other uj, nothing special, or different about their requirements. I would hate to see someone decide to not keep them because of the 40 gal. Sure bigger = better but its still a fine tank

IME that's quite small for a poly, I'd really go 55 or bigger..

I'm sorry but I can't agree with a 40 being used as anything more than a growout

A 40 long has the length, but is only 12" wide. The breeder is 18" wide which is good but only 3ft long which isn't great either.

I'm sorry but I just can't agree with this

You do know that a 55 is 12 inches wide as well ?

These statements confuse....

I couldn't remember the dimensions... Sorry

Is it not 48x18x14?

Both my 55s are 13.5 inches, with 1/4 inch glass = 13 inches inside

Sounds okay for a CB sen

Im getting a new tank set up and im planning on getting a bicher there for, i dont know the best bicher for a 40-45 gallon long planted tank or if they will even fit in a 40-45 gallon long, it will be the only fish in there, and the substrate will ve sandy so he doesnt have digestive issues, so if you can lead me towards the way to go it'd be greatly appreciated

Have u looked at any polys yet ?
