Anyone else have "rituals" before bed?

TV, cant fall asleep with it off.

Feed fish, do a bit of yoga, some push ups and sit ups, read or watch something good then pass out at like 5 am

Turn on tv
Turn on heating pad
Take a muscle relaxer
Lay on heating pad.
(My lower back is acting up again...getting old stinks! Lol)

Shower,brush teeth,check everything is off and locked,check kids,bed...get up, put a kid sucker to baby (whats that thing called that babies are sucking?)...bed...get up, put bigger girl to toilet (skipping dipers) and change sheets if she pisses herself...bed...kick wife because snoring...bed...sleep
