i kind of think cichlid might be tasty cause they are like sunfish, bluegills, etc...haha...
the medication and chemicals we put in the tank, i don't think thats a problem, its to keep the fish healthy and disease free, like people inject things into chicken, cow, to keep them disease free and fatten them up quicker, we have no problem eating them cause we didn't raise it, thats the only difference...
we played with an animal in the park and in the back yard, so we don't eat it.
the other animal most people never seen it alive, just on tv, and hecka fat and big so we eat...i dunno...

I have always wondered what my Ghost Shrimp taste like. Also has anyone ever noticed how good Mysid Shrimp smell?

Uh no but I do kinda like the aroma from a container of freeze dried krill.I thought about raising some pacu just for this purpose but they would have to be kept someplace where I could'nt see them very much.

i'd have to be at the point of starvation to even consider that, but if i did, i'd eat a albino channel cat or some other closely-related cat. they would probably be the most palatable. the average pet fish probably taste like crap. in the countries that many of our pet fish come from, i'm sure the natives probably eat certain fish that are tasty versus the nasty-tasting fish.

I threaten to eat my tilapia every day. He is often referred to as an "over grown lump of sushi".

Saying it and doing it are 2 different things though. I don't have the guts!
