anyone ever ate their pet fish?

on the meds and food label it says it's not for human eating and can cause cancer so i wouldnt risk it
 
ive eaten pbass before in a restaurant, tastes goood lol but i wouldnt eat my orinos lol.
 
i'm thinking hell no i couldn't eat that fish in my tanks, but i seen youtube vids of ppl eating expensive Piranha...lol i could never do that....i think it was a Piraya too.


also, along time ago i had large fish, (oscars and RTC) my bro-inlaw would always come to the house and lick his lips wanting to cook the catfish...don't they serve catfish at the bar-b-que houses anyways?....kreepy!!
 
^ catfish is good lol. but i wouldnt eat an rtc. haha

i don't know which food brand or water conditioner u use, maybe castrol gtx 5w30 or something like, can cause cancer...:ROFL:

i only use Amquel plus and Start Right water conditioner....i don't see any warnings on the label...no warning labels on the food i use also...
 
true story, when i was young, like 7 years old, had a 55g with three 10" tinfoil bards. one jumped out of the bucket upon moving the setup to our new house. next morning dug a grave for him in the backyard but couldn't find the dead fish anywhere. to my horror I seen my grandmother reach into the frig and pull out a cleaned/scaled tinfoil bard. I screamed as she slides it into a pan of sizzling oil. I laugh at the story now but I was traumatized then. haha, yes im filipino and grandma always thought we was raising the fish in the tank to eat haha. rest her soul

Jungle Tank Buddies Fungus Clear says "This product contains a chemical known in the State of California to cause cancer" just one off the top of my head I'm sure theirs more if you bother to read it, but it you want to die from cancer be my guest:irked:
