how much would a real armatus cost arn't they in the $100s

u better get us a pic! u dont want to pass up an armatus for 75 bucks. they go for around 200 lately.

naw they go around 350-400 now
 
holy crap thats a steal then i don't know if i'll be going down there for a while but if i do i'll try to bring my camera

someone in colorado should really check this out even if the payara in question is gone theres others and $75 for a tat is pretty good right

also mike ships so mabye someone could order one from him mabye tell him you like gold and red fins :naughty:

i think it's a tat too. $75 armatuses are just tooo good to be true. LOL:D pics are def helpful...
 
u never know, i got one of mine for 45 bucks. it was mixed in with a batch of scombs. it is best to get a good pic and post it for an positive ID.
 
here's more for all you readers on Armatus!

most people say that they only come from columbia and venezuela, but according to my friends who've fished Peru and Brazil, they're found in both those countries, also on some fishing websites, they're listed there as well, as scombroides, i've downloaded some pictures from the net. and those with red tails, they look like armatus, but bright red tails, are they tats.? ...
