My Golden CrossBack Arowana hasn't eaten in 2 months. He used to eat superworms and sometimes shrimp and crickets. He lives in a 200-gallon aquarium and nitrate levels are 0 when I checked before this post. He's about 8 inches long

If the arowana is suddenly off its food then something could be amiss. How long has the tank been up and running? An established tank will have a positive level of nitrate, it shouldn't be zero. What water change schedule do you have?

The tank has been set up for about 3 years now. I change about 30% every 2 weeks but someone I know who also owns arowanas recommended to try change 25% every 2 days to make the water fresher and I've been doing that for the past 4 days now.

I'm trying to get a handle on your bio load. An 8" solitary fish in a 200g, even with an average water change schedule shouldn't be too bad, unless you feed heavily and slack on maintainance? Then parameters could go south pretty quick. And a good sign of that is a sudden change in behaviour and/or eating habits of the fish. And yes, if your test kit has expired you are somewhat in the dark. You need to get a new test kit, and quickly.

Also, has your fish any external marks, blemishes, tears, sores, scale inflammation, anything out of the ordinary. Have you noticed any behavioural changes that coincided with its loss of appetite?

He moves around like a normal Arowana, he looks at the superworm and ignores it. I usually leave the worm in the tank if he had any second thoughts for about 4 hours and then feed it to a different fish in another aquarium. I guess I forgot to mention there is also a Common pleco living there too that eats half a algae wafer a day. There are no external marks

how big is it? this happens to aros at some point in their lifetime. i wouldn't worry bout it if it's been two months they can go for much longer without food. it will eat eventually
