Arowana Hasn't eaten in 2 months

Larger aros will go through mood swings and not eat, but that's when they are like 12"+. It's odd that it stopped eating. Is the water filled up near the top in the 200G tank? If so, you have a small fish in a big tank. Aros do better in a smaller tank when they are young, they will be more comfortable and less timid. Try lowering the water level and placing a tank divider.
Do they sell any other small inexpensive fish you could try? Like guppies?
I would try more of a top water food source myself considering that aros in the wild mainly eat birds, lizards, small too water fish and frogs. Well all that and the occasional rodent that gets unlucky. Personally if OP can find any I would suggest small frogs as they tend to create allot of surface action while swimming which pursuit predators absolutely love.
Get a new test kit and rule out any water problems.
Was the Arow feeding well before it stopped feeding? They can fast sometimes but I’ve only seen it in older fish.
I would start with the test kit. In my experience ph fluctuations have been a main cause of sudden loss of appetite. On a 3 year old tank ph crash is possible depending on ur maintenance habits
