NORTH CAROLINA
so, i have an asian box turtle (adult), a juvenile (4") snapping turtle and a juvenile yellow belly slider (5") turtle. the snapper and yellowbelly are in an out door pin in indiana at the moment and the asian box turtle is a 70 GAL. tank in north carolina. i have recently moved to indianapolis and cannot bring the tank. i need to find a tank large enough for all three turtles that i can AFFORD.

i wouldnt suggest putting anything in with the snapper. its a bad idea. i have had mine since he was a little smaller than a half dollar (common snapper) and he will not tolerate any tank mates. he is about the same size as yours. he requires a tank by himself really. preferably about 4 or 5 inches of water and a places to hide. my turtle is a very happy camper.

ive had him for like 2 months and he has NEVER showed any sighn of aggression towards me or any of the other turtles.

i just want to know if i COULD do it. cuz the snapper ist aggressive, the yellow belyy is small and the asian box turtle they are all about the same size

what i was worried about was thAT since the asian box turtle and the other 2 arent native to the same area, that would be a problem for some stupidious reason

Snapper should be kept alone. i don't care how sweet and caring it is. All it takes is for that snapper to have one bad day... Then you would have wished that you seperated them earlier.

i under stand what you are saying, but even if e wanted to, i dont thi nk he could take the yellowbelly or the asian box turtle. the box turtle is avtually more aggressive than my snapper.

Dude thier called snappers for a reason. One could seriously injure another turtle with thier massive jaws. Unless you have a very large tank/pond I would advise aggainst it.
