Mmmmmmm......spagetti. I picked up a young senegalus a few days ago (2"), and he loves to munch earthworms, but can't handle the whole worm yet, just chunks.

They sure are great sniffers though, he's in an 80 gallon and finds the food within a few minutes I'll post a pic in a bit.

im currently feeding mine lancefish he seems to prefer them to worms and can eat a fish 3- 3 1/2 ins long

Sweet. I'll see if I can pick some up. Any troubles with bichirs getting spoiled and not wanting to go back to pellets? Thinking I'll vary between the prepared and fresh / live.
